You send your application. Anyone may apply.

Training
You complete ten short modules: how to approach a client, how to discover a need, which claims may never be made.

Authorization
Authorization is earned, not granted. Which services you may sell depends on the training you complete.

Discovery
You press one button while at a business. The system asks sector-specific questions one at a time; there is no long form.

Offer
An offer is built only from approved services and prices. You cannot set your own price.

Sale
The sale and collection are recorded. Contribution shares are set before the sale closes.

Project
Experts are assigned and the work is delivered. Information gathered during the sale is never asked again.

Your earnings appear with an open breakdown, tied to the amount actually collected.
Two ways to take part
Growth Side
You talk with businesses, discover the need, and present a suitable solution. Sales experience is not required; the system shows which question to ask and when.
Delivery Side
You are assigned to projects and deliver your work. Fields include software, design, consulting, training, cyber security, content, video, and data.
The boundaries are clear from the start
You work when and where you wish. But the following limits apply when speaking on behalf of VOGANIS:
- No price may be quoted without approval.
- No service may be sold without approval.
- No certain gain or certain outcome may be promised.
- No binding statement may be made about a service you are not qualified in.
- Client data may not be recorded without consent.
- Packages you invent may not be presented as VOGANIS services.

Transparency is not unlimited data access. You cannot see other experts' fees, other members' portfolios, or confidential technical detail. Each role accesses only as much information as its responsibility requires.
