Careers
Turning a need into a working system is never one person's job.
VOGANIS brings research, artificial intelligence, domain expertise, software, field implementation and education together around one measurable outcome. Our general application is open to people who want to be part of that work.
When you apply, choose the area closest to you; if you span several, say so in your note. Under each area are the projects in the ecosystem where that work takes place.
Research and diagnosis
Studies how an organisation or a field actually works and names the cause rather than the symptom. Reading sources, interviewing, observing and keeping findings on record are part of the work.
Where: VOGENTRA™ · VOGANIS EDU™
Artificial intelligence
Builds AI as part of a governable business system rather than a separate enthusiasm: choosing use cases, safe pilots, testing and audit.
Where: VOGENTRA™
Software and data
Produces software that can be used, measured and handed over: web and mobile interfaces, data structures, integrations.
Where: Buneka™ · eğitürkiye™ · VOGANIS internal systems
Domain expertise and consulting
Knows a sector or function from the inside and helps define the problem correctly in areas such as retail, education, operations and corporate management.
Where: VOGENTRA™ · Buneka™ · VOGANIS EDU™
Field and implementation
Sets the system up in a business, a school or a site, runs it together with the people there and stays close through the first weeks.
Where: Buneka™ shop set-ups · eğitürkiye™ school pilot
Education and learning design
Designs learning experiences for students, teachers, families and organisations; measures the outcome and reports it as it is.
Where: VOGANIS EDU™ · eğitürkiye™
Sustainable living and impact
Creates measurable contribution to nature, environment and social-impact programmes, and does not describe contribution that has not been measured.
Where: VOGANIS Evergreen™ · volunteer registration open; programmes defined or at concept stage
Design and writing
Turns a complex system into a clear interface, plain text and a consistent identity.
Where: Websites and product interfaces across the ecosystem brands
We look at how people work more than at titles. What follows is not a checklist; these are the habits we try to keep in our own work too.
Seeks to understand first
Does not rush to a solution before the problem is defined; is comfortable asking questions and going to see the field.
Speaks with evidence
Says "I don't know" where they don't; ties claims to measurement and results to records.
Simplifies
Does not make complex things needlessly complicated; prefers the understandable solution to the impressive one.
Leaves work others can carry on
Their work does not live only in their own memory; it is delivered written down, traceable and ready for someone else to continue.
Stands behind their word
Promises what they can keep and says plainly what they cannot; counts saying that a solution will not work as part of the job.
Respects people and their data
Sees a user's, student's or client's data only as far as the work requires; believes technology must serve people.
At ease across disciplines
Goes deep in their own field while staying curious about the language of the next one: the engineer tries to understand the field, the educator the data, the researcher the implementation.
Uses AI as a tool and keeps the responsibility
Works faster with AI and still owns the accuracy of the output and its consequences.
These principles apply to everything we do; we expect the same from everyone who works with us.
We understand first.
We do not produce a solution before the problem is defined correctly.
We speak with evidence.
We judge results by evidence, not assumption; we do not describe a contribution we have not measured.
We speak plainly.
We define scope, cost and expectations openly, and we also say which solution will not help.
We build simple, transferable systems.
We add no needless complexity, and we hand systems over so they keep working after we step back.
We respect people and their data.
Technology serves people; every role sees only as much information as its responsibility requires.
We measure, learn and improve.
We treat every implementation as a living system and improve it in light of its results.
